i saw the promo of broadband on mobile with 7.2Mbps and a free Acer tablet, but the marketing ppl said it's over.
the following day or two, i saw on the paper a similar promo but this time, a Lenovo netbook.
since i already have the 11" gateway, this didn't interest me, i'm more keen on that tablet as it could be use by my son when he goes to Secondary One.
there's always a lack of communication between Marketing and Sales, at least the helpdesk personnel called me back.
anyway, not sure why they could not accept my intention to re-contract the BoM, and asked me to do it online, which i did. And i was informed to wait for a week for someone to call me! goodness! one week!? then i saw the mailer from this provider to inform me of promo, and i received the mailer the day after my existing contract expires! hello! co-incidentally, the day i wrote in a feedback that they sent me the mailer earlier, and the waiting, someone called me, but i do not get to use the service instantly, and this was Monday or Tuesday, and i only got the 3G router - for which i do not foresee any use, but better than the USB modem - on friday, so rightfully, the new contract would commence on friday.
i'm still thinking to call the provider because some parts of the contract indicated 24 months, but another part of the contract indicated i had signed up for 12 months...:(
you just don't feel treasured, appreciated as an existing customer...
