This weekend is probably gonna be one of the best since I've been in Germany. I'm gonna move to Salzburg for two days. Why would I go there? Well there is a concert of three bands I love : Red Light Flash / Rentokill / Estate.
This is the kind of concert you will never see in France. First these bands are not that famous and move to France like once a year (when they move). And then you cannot expect to see these three bands together anywhere else but in Austria.
On top of that I have been invited by my friend from Ephen Rian (another band) to go to this concert with them. It's gonna be awesome because I'll probably be able to go backstage with them and speak with the guys from the bands. They all live in Austria and know themselves pretty well...
The concert is on Saturday evening. I'll try to arrive in Salzburg around noon to visit the town a little bit. I'll also have a look around on Sunday before I go back to Munich. Three days to go.
We were planing to go to the P1. But we saw a huge crowd in front of the club just next to it. On top of that we noticed that there was absolutly noone in the P1 this evening. So we changed our mind and went to this Electo-House-Techno concert. Pretty lound, pretty crowded, pretty nice!

Next month I'm gonna take the train to Austria. There is a concert of Rentokill / Red Light Flash / Estate. In fact there are several during November but I'm gonna have to choose between Salzburg, Innsbruck or Linz. All these towns are something like 1h30 or 2 hours far from Munich. So it's pretty close and easy to go there. I'm probably gonna choose Innsbruck because some guys from Ephen Rian study there. And Stephan just invited me to go to this concert with him and some friends. See u there, thanks buddy!
Bilan mitigé... En premiere partie nous avons eu le droit a deux groupes locaux. Tout d'abord, Lunch box, un groupe de Punk pas trop mauvais. Puis un autre groupe, dont je ne me souviens plus le nom (vallait mieu pas je crois), qui fait partir la moitié de la salle.
Arrive ensuite (tard) : Ephen Rian. Plus beaucoup de monde mais les initiés ont attendu. Et nous n'avons pas éte décus... Anciens titres du CD "special Referendum" et nouveaux morceaux, tout s'est bien enchainé.
Les plus téméraires ont meme pu monter sur scene et chanter avec le groupe.

PS : Un énorme merci a Stephan, pour les CDs et les T-shirts du groupe. Viel Erfolg in der Zukunft.
Moment que j'attends depuis mon premier jour en allemagne...
La semaine prochaine au Feiewerk (ou avait lieu le concert des TSPO), aura lieu un concert du groupe autrichien Ephen Rian. Ca ne vous dit peut etre rien, c'est normal. Comme beaucoup de groupe que j'ecoute, ils ne sont pas encore connus. Il faut dire que le genre de musique : Emo-Punk-Hardore n'est pas voue a plaire au grand public!
Petite description du groupe, desole pour les non-germanophones... :
"Ephen Rian ist eine oberösterreichische Emocore-Band aus Großraming,
die 2002 gegründet wurde. Allerdings konnte erst nach eine Umbesetzung
2003 mit dem Songschreiben begonnen werden. Schon 2004 veröffentlichten
sie ihr erstes 5-track Demo "Heroes Don't Ask Why", das in Eigenregie
aufgenommen wurde. 2005 folgte bei Wynona Records ihre erste EP
"The Special Referendum". Die Band tourte anschließend durch Österreich
und dessen Nachbarstaaten, unter anderem als Vorband von Tribute to Nothing und Waterdown. Auf der offiziellen Homepage wurde Anfang 2006 bekanntgegeben, dass ein weiterer Song im Studio aufgenommen wurde. ENORME !!! Oui c'est vraiment le mot. Ces gars la sont vraiments pros, on sent qu ils se connaissent par coeur et qu'ils n'en sont pas a leur premiere tournee. Juste un peu decu qu'ils aient commence tard (22h15 au lieu de 21h et finit relativement tot 23h30).
Vraiment je recommande a tout le monde, fan de ska ou pas...

Ce soir, premier concert sur Munich. L'allemagne et l'Autriche sont reputees pour les nombreux concerts Ska- Punk qui s'y deroulent. En regardant les programmations des prochains mois, en effet, je n'ai pas ete decu...
On commence donc par le groupe "Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra". Leur discographie est impressionante ainsi que leurs DVD.
"Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra est un groupe de ska-jazz japonais (aussi appelé TSPO ou ska para).
Il fut formé en 1985, en regroupant des amis de lycée par Asa-Chang, qui quittera le groupe en 1993.
Le groupe a changé de nombreuses fois de membres, jusqu'à atteindre une
forme plus stable. Les musiciens suivant en representent le noyau dur :
Oki Yuichi, Gamo, Kawakami Tsuyoshi, Yanaka Atushi et Hiyamuta

Leur site internet est pas mal du tout. Ils ont egalement mis en ligne un blog sur leur tournee europeenne.
Le concert aura lieu au Feierwerk a Munich. C'est egalement a cette salle de concert que se produira dans deux semaines : Ephen Rian...!
