It's really nice and you can spend some nice after-work evening when it's not freezing outside. Tollwood is located on the "Wiesen" where the Oktoberfrest took place.

We could easily get plenty of goodies. The concerts during the event were also not that bad (Seeed, Billy Talent, Milburn)

Yesterday evening I finished working not too late (unusual) so I decided to climb again to that place where Julia and I went together a few days before. After a few searches I found the name again, it's called den Kirchturm vom "Alten Peter". Here are a few informations about it : Munchen.de and Wikipediea
This time I brought my camera with me because the view on the top is really stunning. I took a few pictures. Nothing incredible but some nice shots. I also took several pictures to built with Photoshop a 360° view from the top. We'll see this week end what we can get...I'll post the photos in a Flickr set.
There are something like 15 floors to climb and over 300 stairs but the view is really worth it. On top of that the weather since the beginning of this week is just "summer like". For example, we got 26°C yesterday. The sky was bright so we got a nice colored sunset and we could clearly see the mountains not that far.
If you also want to enjoy the landscape from the top, Alter Peter is not far from Marienplatz.
Except the fact that I had to work for BMW on saturday (I was volonteer), we had a really nice week-end in Munich. The weather was so nice, we could feel like still beiing in summer. the "Englisher Garten" was so crowded. There were guys playing drums and other trying to play baseball. I just sat on the grass and read some papers about "how to become your own boss".
All the wealthy guys were driving around in their brand new cabriolé Porsche, Ferrari or Lamborghini...by the way I saw a really rare and nice car. Here is a picture... Try to tell me what it is! (watch the "tags" there is a clue...) Well Dadou found ;)
